Reviews and testimonials policy.

The Pilot Method publishes no customer reviews, star ratings, instructor ratings, school ratings, rankings or testimonials. No quote on this site is attributed to a real or invented customer. Reviews stay switched off until moderation, disclosure and appeal controls are built and tested.

A review must reflect genuine, first-hand experience and the reviewer's honest opinion.

Neither JD ATLAS LLC nor anyone listed here may:

• — create, buy, sell, solicit or publish fake reviews or testimonials;
• — condition payment, a discount, a free product or entry into a promotion on positive sentiment;
• — conceal a material connection such as employment, ownership, a family relationship, free access, payment or commission;
• — present a controlled ranking, list or review surface as an independent one; or
• — suppress, threaten, delay or bury an honest negative review, or pressure a reviewer to remove it.

If any incentive is ever offered for a review, the request must invite positive and negative feedback equally, and the incentive and relationship must be disclosed with the review. Reviews from owners, instructors, staff, family members, affiliates and paid partners require a prominent relationship disclosure.

Moderation may remove spam, threats, private information, impersonation, off-topic content, conflicts of interest and unlawful content — never a review simply for being negative. Moderation reasons, appeals and an evidence trail are kept.
