Your subscription terms.
TPM All Access costs $39.99 USD per month. Your first charge is due when you subscribe. It renews automatically every month at $39.99 until you cancel. There is no trial, annual commitment, or cancellation fee.
Your subscription includes the published Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot courses; PAR, IRA, and CAX Written Prep; and the Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, CFII, Multi-Engine, and Flight Review study guides. Access starts after confirmed payment and lasts for the paid subscription period. Unreleased courses, instructor services, flight training, and official examination fees are not included.
Cancel renewal from Account → Membership → Cancel renewal at any time before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. If an already-due payment is processing, cancellation does not reverse that charge. You can contact us for help or a refund request.
Request a full refund of your first membership payment within 14 calendar days by contacting The Pilot Method with your account email. There is no usage limit. Renewals are not automatically refundable or prorated, except where required by applicable law or if we materially fail to deliver the paid access. Cancel renewal separately to stop future charges. An approved full refund ends the access supplied by that payment.
Membership is a personal, nontransferable subscription, not a permanent purchase. Online course access, Written Prep, guide downloads, and updates end with your paid access. Guide copies lawfully downloaded during an unrefunded paid period may be retained for your own personal reference; sharing or resale is prohibited. A refunded license may not be retained. Independent purchases and saved learning and training records remain unaffected.
The 24-month Written Prep term applies to a standalone bank purchase or a qualifying one-time course bundle. Written Prep obtained through All Access lasts only for the paid membership period. Membership does not establish instructor privileges, issue endorsements, or guarantee an examination result.
