What is owned
The original text, explanations, graphics, page and product organisation, study guide structure, reference-card wording and the software that runs this site are owned by JD ATLAS LLC.
Government-source material — regulatory text, FAA handbooks, advisory circulars, the ACS and similar publications — retains its own status and is not claimed as our work. Where we quote or map to it, we name the source.
Acceptable use
Anything published free on this site, and anything you purchase once purchasing is enabled, is licensed to you personally for your own training use. That license is not transferable.
Do not share, resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense or post our files; do not share account access; and do not scrape, bulk-download or mirror the site or use it to train a model. Access obtained or used in these ways may be suspended.
Reporting suspected infringement
