Maya watches a display demonstration and says, “Everything is normal again.” Before naming a button or repeating a procedure, ask which indication changed and what she expects to be restored. A useful answer describes information and capability, rather than declaring that the whole airplane is normal.
The equipment example uses the Garmin G1000 NXi Cessna NAV III Pilot’s Guide, document 190-02177-03 Rev. B. Use it to compare available information with the place that displays it. The actual installation, software and aircraft supplement determine how that comparison transfers to your airplane.
