Four different questions—not one approval

Flight review: Periodic training and an instructor's satisfactory-completion endorsement, unless an applicable alternative or exception applies. Online study alone is not a completed flight review. FAA source
Currency: The applicable legal recent-experience requirements for a particular operation. A flight review does not automatically establish passenger or instrument currency. FAA source
Proficiency: The ability to perform the planned flight safely and consistently. Meeting a minimum record requirement does not by itself demonstrate that capability. FAA source
IPC: An instrument proficiency check addresses the applicable instrument recency pathway. It is not automatically a flight review; discuss both requirements with an appropriately qualified instructor. FAA source
